placed on the affected area. Cold should be applied
first and then heat.

Yoga and Pilates are a great way to cure burning upper back
pain. This is a long term treatment that will keep
the back well adjusted and stretched so that the burning back pain is not an issue. The overall improvement in posture will help to keep back pain
from returning at all.
